It's been weeks game time, quests completed, levels gained. To start the quests The Wolf Queen Awakened and Repairing the Phial you are supposed to do the prerequisites and wait for a Courier to give you a letter some days later. Couriers not appearing? User Info: noz3r0. It was one of the first nature builds I played.
I also pulled some inspiration from "The Viridian Witch" build by Oneness. My goal was to use the basis for these classes and meld them into a character that could fluidly embody both at once.
Foreword: This build was born from my interest in the Dragon Age 2 Merrill specialisation "Elven Pariah" and the Rogue Specialization "Ranger" from Origins. The small house has an alchemy lab which you can freely use without having to do any quests or missions. The White Phial is an alchemy shop with a resident room which you'll be able to inhabit if you marry Quintus Navale, one of the two alchemists that run the shop. Nether's Follower Framework shows that both their damage resistances are in high minus numbers (tens of thousands) Both Lydia and Jenassa kneel after one hit from an enemy. Lydia moves in slow motion and is constantly in exhausted animation, sometimes Jenassa is exhausted too. Cinematic Fire Effects 2 HD SSE edition has been used over Ultimate Fire Effects due to it actually being ported. 
Be wary of using the mods listed below as needing some sort of conversion. Only the linked mods below have been converted however, all sounds should work as is in SSE.

It mentions on the mod page that level 75 alchemy is required in order to complete that misc quest, i was able to complete it once i reached level 75 alchemy don't know why it isn't working for you. Edit: there's an SSE White Phial Fix for bugs like this, not sure classic Skyrim though. For most purposes, this quest is categorized as a Dark Brotherhood quest see details in the achievements section below. 
Delayed Burial: Convince an unwilling farmer to help fix a stranded jester's broken wagon wheel.
The White Phial: Retrieve a legendary artifact to fulfill an old alchemist's wish in Windhelm.
